*For past participants, the factory training program of Solar Power Industries, a manufacturer of solar PV in Pennsylvania, is recognized by the Pennsylvania Sunshine Grant Program of the Department of Environmental Protection as providing a means of meeting the formal training required to become a solar PV company Qualified Employee (as defined by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection).
